Collection: Preorders

Customers may request a cancellation of any order within 3 days of purchase if item has not yet shipped and will receive a full refund with no repercussions to your account standing. 

All customer requested cancellations of preorder will be logged in your customer account. 

Cancellations within the 3-30 day window will incur a 10% cancellation fee and refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Cancellations of a pre-order that occur more than 30 days from the date of order will only be refunded in the form of store credit (but will not incur the 10% cancellation fee)

Customers can request any refund be in the form of store credit to avoid any cancellation fees.
